Online Lanyards was founded on the premise of customers come first. We stand behind every order and our service with our quality guarantee. Our team will work to ensure that your order will be to your complete satisfaction.
QUALITY
Online Lanyards ensures that every order produced is backed by our quality guarantee. We will replace any order found to have defects. There is a 30 day window from the time you receive your order to notify us of any problems or defects.
INFORMATION
Online Lanyards will ensure that all information provided to you regarding your order (such as art, information, etc) is accurate, allowing you to make any changes required before final production.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
ORDER APPROVAL
Once your order information, and digital art proof has been sent, we will provide you with an order approval for final production. Once the order is approved; it will move into the production phase at which point we will be unable to make any modifications.
DIGITAL ART PROOFS
Please make sure to carefully review the digital proof we provide for your order. All aspects of the artwork should be reviewed, especially, design, grammar, and colors.
Please note that we use the Pantone™ PMS color matching system. It is important to note that all computer monitors display colors differently. If there is a specific Pantone PMS color you’d like to use, please make sure to indicate that on your order.
TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND LOGOS
By submitting your design to Online Lanyards, you certify that you have the legal right to use and reproduce any logos, text or images associated with your order, and that use of these does not infringe on any other company’s (or individuals) rights.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note, the customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by inaccurate address information, US customs issues, the misrouting of your package, or undeliverable shipping addresses.
ORDERS ARE FINAL
As per our terms and conditions and our policies, please note that there are no order cancellations once your order has been confirmed. Due to the personalized nature of the products, they can only be used exclusively for your needs, and therefore cannot be marketed to others.
If the subject of the dispute pertain to the illegal use of trademark or copyright infringements, you agree to defend the claim at your sole expense, as you agree by using the site and confirming the order that you have the legal right to use all logos in your order. You will be liable for all damages and costs assessed against Online Lanyards as a result of such a lawsuit or proceeding. You also agree to hold Online Lanyards harmless in such a lawsuit or proceeding. All lanyards displayed on this website containing corporate logos or trademarks are shown only for the sole purpose of representing our capabilities. Purchase of goods from Online Lanyards does not in any way grant you permission to use said logos, or transfer you any ownership (lease or grant) of any logos or trademarks being used.
