We are proud to offer FREE shipping and delivery on all orders shipped to applicable addresses in Canada and the United States.*
*Certain restrictions and conditions apply. Applicable shipping addresses include those in Canada and the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In Canada, we do not ship to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or Yukon.
Orders are generally shipped using DHL, FedEx or UPS. We ship our lanyards from our overseas manufacturing facility directly to you to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible and to save you money on shipping! We will choose your shipping carrier based on several criteria to make sure you get your orders super quickly. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier used for your order at our discretion based on multiple factors.
Your order only gets placed into production once your artwork proof has been approved and we receive full payment towards your order. At that point, it takes about two weeks for your order to be produced and shipped out to you. Quick, we know! Once your order leaves our facility, your order status page will be updated to show the tracking information so that you can keep track of your order. You’ll also receive an email notification once production has completed and they’re on their way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Given that your lanyards are completely custom produced just for you, it’s hard to accept returns. Every lanyard is different and completely custom to you – the style, the color, the printing, the attachment, the breakaway, etc. With that said, if you experience any issues or defects with your lanyards, please get in touch with us! We will be glad to investigate and arrange for a return or replacement for defective goods.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away to make sure everything is a-ok. We only accept return/replacement requests for defective orders within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
